5 more hours and it will be 2009 already. I am excited for the coming year. I want a lot of change in our life. New clothes, new style, new look, new plans and new baby. I hope this year will be one lucky year for us. We will celebrate our New Year here at my parents house. It is too lonely to celebrate it in our house with hubby. We went to Legazpi this afternoon to buy something to eat this New Year’s Eve. I bought cake, Quezo de bola (we don’t have this on our Noche Buena so i bought one) and a champagne. Mom bought puto and chicken. We also have a lot of fruits. This will be one great New Year Celebration.

On January 2 we will go to Manila to accompany our friend to buy cloth for her wedding dress. My friend Melissa said we will go to SM to go shopping. I want to buy new Socks for husband there. We will also go to my friend’s house who happens to be Melissa’s cousin to see her give away. Melissa and Jeff’s wedding is on February 28th and Jun and I are one of the secondary sponsors. And what makes me excited is visiting a scrapbook store! Melissa and I share the same hobby which is scrapbooking and she said she wanted to go to a scrapbook store there. This is exciting!

Warning: Long Post and Photo Flooding
December 24th
We always celebrate December 24th with the kids in our subdivision and nearby baranggays. Those kids are the carolers every night. We never gave them money whenever they go to our house and sing Christmas songs. We just tell them to please go back on the 24th because we will be having a party for them. And they are excited after that. So last 24th there were lots of kids at my parents house partying, singing and dancing. It was pure happiness! We got some prizes for them and lots of candies to give. Mom prepared sandwiches and tetra pack juices for them too! It was nice to see them happy. They thank us with all their heart after the celebration.

The kids dancing.

Goiling Giling Dance by the girls and the winning carolers sang Feliz Navidad.

Hep Hep Hooray game.

The very unique drums by the carolers.

Kids in the audience.

Picture taking.
Our Noche Buena Celebration.
I was wide awake when the clock hits 12oclock. But dear hubby, my brother, sister in law, dad and my sister are all sleeping. I tried waking them up but they never get up from bed. I again tried and luckily dad, dear hubby and my sister woke up. The family of my brother didn’t even opened their eyes on Christmas eve. hihihi! So we (dad, mom, hubby, me, my niece Nadine and my sister) ate spaghetti and cakes on our simple Noche Buena. I gave my gifts to mom and dad, my sister and our maid. I am happy seeing the glow in their eyes when they opened the gifts. They love it!

My dear niece on her first Christmas Celebration. Love the print on her sweat shirt!

My sisters gifts to us.

Our simple Noche Buena.
That’s how we celebrated our Christmas Eve. I am happy to be with my family and eat with them. Hubby and I didn’t went home so we decided to just sleep at my sisters bedroom. We slept at 2am. It was a great Christmas to us!

Weeeee!!! There are gifts under our tree already!!! I am so happy that I already have gifts to almost all of our families. 5 days to go and it is Christmas time already! I still need to rush at the mall to have some last minute shopping. I forgot to buy some toys for our nephews and nieces. Even for just a little toy I know they will be happy and I am sure with those little gifts they will look forward to every Christmas.
Happy Holidays to everyone!

I love the beautiful colors I see in this abacus toy of my nephew. I took this when the box from Kuwait arrived. These toys are not new. These are their toys left in Kuwait. My brother sent it here at my parents house so that my nephew and niece can play with them. This abacus catches my eyes and I took a photo of it. They look like M & M’s to me and I wanna eat them right now. hihihiih! This toy also reminds me of my nephew and niece. They are now back in Kuwait and I miss them so much. I hope to see them personnaly again next year.

I love Mikee Conjuangco. She is one great actress and I also love that she is an equestrian. I love women who are into horses. They seem like a very fine lady. They have those classy english saddles and those gears of an equestrian. I wanna ride a horse someday. I just wanna try it and try how it feels to be riding a horse just like Mikee. I hope when hubby and I go back to Baguio I can try riding the horses there.
